Before I went price shopping I read over all these reviews on the Web. I work as a Marketing Director, so whenever I see blatant bashing of a particular company, you can pretty much guess it's coming from competition, not a real customer.

I checked out the MedSpa, (my area has two), American and Ideal. The spa's were immediately X'd off my list for reasons that primarily pertained to staff being courteous and office professionalism, lack of Dr. I did my homework, and with all the things that can wrong, you want to have a doctor handy. I was impressed with Ideal's medical strengths, it was more than an atmosphere. They have the credentials, and I checked them out. Their price was just slightly more than American. American laser seemed a bit like a ghost town, similar prices as Ideal, but not busy with customers, and the person that would do the laser was just a normal lady trained on the laser.

My worries were: my body not being damaged, going out of business, sales too good to be true are signs of this usually, medical professionals and true results. I also did not want to have to put myself through 20 treatments to make it work, I read many stories on the web of laser companies giving a person tons of treatments. I wanted to do this and be done reasonably.

I chose Ideal Image because they have a proven scientific approach with laser hair removal and found this is where doctor's go for treatment. The company is stable and nationwide. They offered me 9 treatments, and guarantee their services after that. Everyone else would just guarantee they would keep treating me, and my time (and pain threshold) are very important to me!

I'm on my fourth treatment and have found Ideal Image's process to be very quick, clean and professional, and worth the costs. I could not give it a full 5 stars for value, because I have not completed the process. However, my results have been just as described. Very pleased with my choice.
