The worst part about my holiday was that i booked it through Thomas Cook, the first and last time I do that, cramped on their unbelievably tiny and dirty planes.
Hotel pickup was a disaster, i had to get 2 buses to the airport because of the nasty cross-eyed Thomas Cook chav 'in charge' of the coach. She was even too lazy to walk into the lobby and call us, so we had no idea it was our coach, and she would offer no information on how i could get to the airport, probably because she was clueless. I received the same level of treatment from the rude tangerine chav at the check-in desk.
Absolutely nasty staff, I did not dream an airline could be so dreadful, or employ such dregs of society.
