I got this quote and was very happy with the price including the optional RAC cover which I took. It took 3 weeks to receive my cover note and when i went to purchase road tax i realised the cover was for the right car but the wrong registration, in the questionnair it asks for the vehicle currently insured for the no claims years and they used that registration. the customer services people told me i was an "idiot" and that it was my fault and when i asked to speak to a manager i was accused of being abusive because i said the servic so far was "budget too" and they hung up.
I sent my no claims documents to them, whcih they have now lost and they have automativcally increased my cover from £11 per month to £40! Guess whos getting canceled! this organisation is a shower of the preverbial, i would not recommend them to anyone.
