1st thing i'd say before I write the rest of this review would be that the service is pretty good, however now I have seen where they store the cars my opinion is a lot worse. Let me explain. Drop off was fine on time etc and collection would have also been fine had my car started. Unfortunately for ACE it didn't (electrical fault). This meant that after their guys had tried to get my car running and couldn't we were given the 'car park' address to get a taxi to and arrange recovery. So off we go to ACE's 'Secure compound' - Infact this turned out to be a gravel area off the driveway of the Gatwick manor hotel packed with cars. It is poorly lit, had NO CAMERA's, NO SECURITY and a locked (with a chain and smallish padlock) gate which can only be described as a farm gate. Any thief could easily steal from parked vehicles, or with a bolt cutter get past the gate and out of the 'secure compound' with your car. Although they maybe helpful & friendly I would certainly not use them again now knowing where my car will be parked up for weeks at a time. Cheap isnt always the best option, clearly in this case.
