A far too drawn out process that had all information from the start and yet waited until the end to decline a loan with a reason that was in fact incorrect. Reason given as 'Still Bankrupt' when court papers showing the discharge and having the official Court stamp were returned with the decline letter. A BRU is showing on the Bankrupcy Register, not a Bankrupcy, which would have showed up on the initial credit search. A waste of my time and the time of the Guarentor. An extreamly high interest rate, but with adverse credit not unexpected, but a refusal could have been made at the start and not 5 weeks down the line. Loan for £3000.
