e car, why oh why did I not think, I am so dissapointed with my self, why did I think saving money on my car insurance would be a good idea. e car insurance; e mail insurance company only, faceless, cold, uncaring, uncompromising. Please don't end up in the situation I find myself in; no car insurance because they said I supplied my no claims bonus proof late. They stated that I will now have to declare my insurance has been cancelled to all other insurers who I request a quote from. I have been driving for 24 years and have never had any insurance cancelled. I would have really liked to know that this isurance company supply virtually no customer care assistance before I took the insurance out. As the song goes 'I shoud have known better'!Cheap is not always better, be warned.
