Not as slick as I expected, with too many people involved and lots of contradictory emails. But to be fair, the car arrived quickly, on time, and at a very good price. If it had also been the colour I ordered, I would give this a five star rating. Fortunately, the colour that they decided to send me was not so awful that the mistake couldn't be handled by providing a further substantial discount. As others have commented, parting with a large online transfer a week in advance is alarming, but this all went very smoothly.
