30 years, 25-30 cigarettes a day, perhaps 20 genuine attempts to quit, all failed. Every medication/therapy available tried. Three weeks into the Champix course and smoke-free last five days: An absolute first for me. No cravings at all, just the odd impulse easily resisted. I'm sure the timing was good and I had other reasons to really want out of this habit, but the lack of cravings can only be attributed to the Champix, so I'm a convert.
