First the bad points, the DSG box seems to hang a little from 4th to 5th and again into 6th other wise OK, fuel consumption averaging around 35mpg having now completed 5500 miles, but have been informed mpg will improve the more miles I clock up, also had to top up about 1 litre of oil which I will question with main agent and lastly what seems to be a design fault when the hatchback is lifted when the bodywork is wet water tends to end up in the boot,
This 140 bhp version tows our caravan very well stays on the speed limit with ease and pulls like a train from stand still or up hill, it corners well and the ride is comfortable the vehicle has good quality finish inside and out with some useful extras on this the Elegance model.
At the price compared with other models its good value even with the negative comments above I would recommend even though I miss my old Superb.
