Took the card out to pay for holiday on IFC as a 'perk'. Ha! Ha! Ha! The trouble started when just off to bed night before holiday when the payments line called (21:10) asking why we had missed the first payment when all along the DD had been setup and they hadnt called for it. To help them I made a payment over the phone. This was then repeated on the 2nd payment, late charges were added, then taken off/added several times. Then interest added even though IFC, this was because of late payments, interest then taken off etc etc. Customer services v poor, complaints system even poorer. I the hands of FSA now. Wouldnt recommend this card, just pay for your holiday and relax! Only given them 1 star as system wouldnt accept 0.
