I had been with then over 15 years. I only found out how bad they were when I went to made a claim for a water leak. The assessor was rude and arrogant and treated me like some silly girl. His answer to fo fill it with foam - what a bodge. I tried many many times to make myself understood at the non-uk call centre. It was terribly stressfull. You'd have though I wanted the bathroom rebuilt, the claim as only £500. Everyone I spoke to was very unhelpful and just gave parrot fashion remarks. They were hopeless I would never, never, recomend them ever again. The stress of it all was'nt work making the claim.
