It was a birthday gift for my brother.
I still dont get it. why this site comes in UK website and. the very first thing they do is take the money from your account but dont give the service.

Allwyn. you may be interested to hear my experience. I too bought a camera and did not recieve it. I discovered that when you bought a product from the states, even though you pay by debit card, you are entitled to a refund. However, when I contacted my own bank they told me the money had gone to a bank in England and so I was not elibible for a refund. however, the story did not stop there...The bank suggested that they claim the money back from Bitesize deals account, claiming it had been taken fraudulently, without my consent. While this was not strictly the case, I did provide them with all my email trail and with copies of complaints about the company which I had subsequently discovered online. My bank did give me back the money but told me Bitesize deals had 3 months in which to contest the transaction. their time ran out in October and I did not hear from them and so was able to keep the money. You may like to try this.
