Ordered camera 11/09/09,cancelled 12/09/09,still waiting for refund of £238 and e-mails being ignored. This company has to be stopped! Visit www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov, the Federal Trade Commission website and submit an on-line complaint. Also visit www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Bite-Size-Deals-LLC-100077003, the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau website which allows you to submit an on-line complaint and hopefully get a response from the company. The FTC has already submitted a complaint to the Courts regarding BiteSize and a temporary restraining order was imposed on 31 July 09. This doesn't appear to have had any effect though, so the more people that write in and complain, the more chance there is that they will stop them trading once and for all.
