I have a 6 year old (53 registration) AUDI A4 FSI SE which their website valued at £4545. I had rated the condition of my car as "good" when in fact in my opinion is is better than this. When I bought the car from the local Audi dealer around 3 years ago, it had a scratch along the nearside doors which the dealer re-painted before I took delivery. It was a very professional job and the car looks clean and tidy.

For a vehicle of 6 years old it is in really good condition. OK there are a few little imperfections but what car of that age and 60k miles hasn't? The guy inspected the car and immediately started making negative noises about "a respray" as if the whole of the car had been damaged and re-painted. He came up with a valuation of £3700. I do not believe that re-painting a scratch takes £845 off the value of a car. It's also interesting that the Carcraft website (their parent company) has an "03" model (not the FSI model either)currently for sale at £7185. So they would probably sell mine at around £7500 - which is way over book price anyway.

I would stay well away from this company!

    I found this review very helpful because... It pointed out what a load of cowboys webuyanycar are. I am glad I read this and the other reviews and will not be going any wear near webuyanycar.
