My phone arrived on time but it developed a fault within 6 months and over the past year i had to restore it to factory settings couple of times! but my major gripe with this company is that its been ONE year since my contract ended (the one i bought from them!) and its been 18 months and still waiting for my cash back!!
I have no idea why they prefer giving out vouchers but what i really want is CASH because its cashback not voucherback! regardless of if I have a need for voucher or not.
Very poor! emailed them couple of times! i just wish i had googled them before getting a contract with them
