I don't feel that Halifax should get any stars at all but you unfortunately have to give them something.

I have been with this bank for about 13 years, I have a loan with them and all I can say is that I completely regret banking with them for so long. The new AUTHORISED overdraft fees are extortionate and when I called them to discuss it I was told to pay it off by getting a credit card (with full sales pitch provided by the customer service lady), or extend my loan, which is due to end in less than 6 months. I honestly cannot believe that they are allowed to take this action against their customers. It's disgusting.

If you're with them then move banks, if your not with them then keep it that way.
