First of all the reliability is never reliable, half the time it does not come on, sometimes it has to do with the router, which again is very cheap and does not work at most of the times. The C. Service is very poor aswell, i call up the broadband and they direct me to an international line(India) and the technicians themselves do not know what to do with me. I Warn you do not go on to this provider, you will regret it for sure, it may look cheap but its more cheaper than it looks like. If you do go on this then your dumb and unfortunate in life from where i stand because this is why im unfortunate ;]. Please dont make the mistake :) Comparing this to Sky or O2 broadband, they know what the broadbands about. Hmmmmm i also feel ripped off. Id pay a atleast £50,000 just to advertise this broadband as a flop and a disaster.
