Expert eh................well lets see.

They arrived with my new tumble dryer and unpacked it on the garden.

I thought that was very considerate until i saw polystyrene flying across the garden.
They bought in the appliance hitting the door frames and placed it in my living room against the wall so my partner could move it to the garage later.
The driver grunted for my signature and then left.
The other individual left a nice muddy boot print on my carpet with no apology.
However, once gone, my son called me to show me what was a huge dent in the front of the appliance, it was the size of a large mans fist so it stood out quite significantly.

It was obvious that the Expert Logistics staff had seen the dent on unpacking the item and deliberatly placed the damaged side against the wall so i could not see it.

This in my book is dishonesty by Expert Logistics staff.
I spoke to their customer services about this but lets just say they were simply not interested.

If i have to give a star it will be only for the fact that the delivery men managed to follow a sat nav and found my address.

Would not reccommend to anyone............Expert Logistics name really is not appropriate for this company.
