If I could give them 0 stars I would. By far, the worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was lured in by probably some fake online customer reviews and the price, but don't fall for it. Had my iphone 3G stolen, reported it, got a police report. It didn't make one bit of difference. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Firstly they asked me to fill out an online claim form. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks they called me and said I hadn't filled out a form. I asked them how or why they were calling me then. Then they said I needed to fax the proof of purchase which they then later me told me could not be used as proof i.e. a fax? I then had to get o2 to fax them directly but they denied having received that even though o2 had confirmed it. Then the guy I was dealing with started lying and saying I hadn't given them the police crime no. which I had proof of on email. He then refused to pick the phone up. Eventually I'd spent probably 4 hrs on the phone to them at a cost of £50+ before after 3 months someone agreeing to pay out 2/3rd of the cost because they charged me for losing it and not having it stolen. I was so fed up I let that one go...
Absolute nightmare. Worst customer service. Bunch of lying scum bags. Oh and now they've put the price up and added a million conditions which basically confirms they won't pay out in pretty much any eventuality.
STAY CLEAR IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!!!
