I sold tickets on Viagogo. When it works, it's great, but the real test is when you have a problem. I had an issue with the tracking number I had input to track my order and I was made aware of this late on Friday afternoon (the tickets I sold were for a concert on Saturday). Viagogo left a message on my phone with no contact details and said I should email them the correct tracking no. or hand deliver the tickets. It takes a detective to find their customer services number. as it is not on their website. I had to find it on an online forum. Their offices are closed on saturday, which for a ticket agency is not great service at all, and really left me in the lurch as to whether my buyer had received my tickets or not. All in all I've had a stressful experience when trying to sort out what should have been a simple resoultion to a problem because of a serious lack of accessible customer service support.
