The worst customer service I have ever received!

Their team is so incompetent that they struggle to use a telephone, managing to cut me off twice!

I called them, as they had sent me a letter to tell me they had not managed to set up my direct debit. While on the phone to them, I asked if they could change my direct debit date.

I was helpfully told they will charge me £25, as I had been made redundant, and was now working for a different company (still doing the same role).

I found Hastings direct has the most unhelpful, and rude 'customer service' people in the business.

NEVER USE HASTINGS!!!!
