Im a student pilot in flight training and always got sick whether I went into light turbulence or or did maneuvers like steep turns and stalls where i would get so sick that attempting to fly the plane without assistance was impossible. Federal Aviation Regulations does not allow us to use over the counter drugs like Dramamine to get rid of motion sickness, so i decided to give these a shot and couldn't believe how much they have helped. Every time I just wore ONE on either wrist or both, i never got sick even in the worst of conditions. The other day i decided to do a real test and first got sick then put them on and with in about 10-15 minutes my sickness went away and my focus came back. I recommend this to anybody who gets motion sickness from the sea, air, car or whatever it may be.
