I decided to give Camerabox a go mainly based on price but also the fact that they were advertising themselves as a family firm, were aimed at professionals and they did next day delivery, but importantly to me, next day before 9am.

I needed a Nikon Converter at short notice and Camerabox came in at about £40 cheaper than the next lowest price, so I ordered.

Then I read the reviews here and groaned! but I needn't have worried, I got an email from Camerabox saying delivery was on the way. Then texts from Citylink with a tracking number, from here I watched the progress of my order.

It was predicted to arrive between 7.30am and 9am (I paid extra to have this option) and at approx 8.15am there it was, delivered by the courier.

So what can I say, everything worked fine for me but I think they need to take notice of the bad reviews here and tighten up service so that they are always top notch, not just most of the time, but all of the time.
