HORRIBLE. Worst airline ever. I used their buddy pass to fly to NC from philadelphia thinking that i would be saving money but i am being charged over DOUBLE what i wouldve paid if i just bought my tickets online through another air line..and still more then what i wouldve paid flying the same route with your airline...how does that make sense? if i flew the other airline...it wouldve been much more convinient..with no lay over..and no worrying about missing a flight yet i would've saved over $140.00??? This is absolutely outrageous and is a complete rip off.....never fly united please!
