Hi, I have just received my new Relyon (best beds in the world !!Joke) 1760 memory pocket sprung reactaform.. This was to be a replacement for my 6yr old very expensive Relyon pocket mat.(old faithfull) well it arrived as Benson stated so half way there! got home from work to un wrap the plastic to find what looks like mould down each side of mat costing over a grand from the best beds in the world..Great !! well as i am sure you can understand, not to best pleased. Following a call to the customer service centre, the first thing said was could i take a picture and email, i could'nt beleive the cheak..spend over a grand then sort your own problems out!! anyway i did and was told i would recieve a call once the problem had been looked at. 2 days later no call. so second call to customer services to request they collect this item..to be told by a very rude customer service rep. ( the word customer services needs to be looked up in a dictonary by this company as its a joke) they will decide if the area rep will accecpt the return !! please what a joke..I could go on and on but i wont bore every on. I just would like to say dont use Benson, and if you do do not forget your consumer rights..if your are supplyed with a product that is damaged, faulty or not fit for the perpose intended a company can not refused to refund your money. as i bought mine using there intrest free option, its easy for me, i will cancel the direct debit, and put there matteress outside ready for them to collect as i have made theem aware of the problem and my intentions..what a joke, Benson will decide what they are going to do!!! i think they may have forgoten there duty as a retailer...easier still just stay away as there is no customer services and very poor standards of customer values......benson for beds should be closed down for the way they treat there customers, they dont deserve your money !!!!
