i had a 12 month line rental discount contract with these ppl. i had to claim the discount by sending vouchers off along with my bills. it takes a long time(45 days) 4 them to put the money into ur account but thats it what says in their t&c.
i had 4 claims altogether. the 1st 3 went perfectly. the 4th one was very recent and royal mail had lost all the documents i had sent. i told the customer service and they said dw, told me to send back the old bills again(the photocopied ones) and they will accept it. got the e-mail 2day saying it was accepted.
