  • Have you booked through this tour operator before?

I booked the Paris tour in Sep and paid the full amount 3 weeks in advance. 2 days before the tour they cancelled it because of "insufficient bookings". I called and asked for the refund. They just keep telling one lie after another. Accountant is on holiday, Accountant has swine flu. It is 2 months now and they have not refunded my money. I will go to the small claims court next. Keep well away from these people.

    I found this review very helpful because... I am in the same trap.. taj tours owe me cash and they have been telling one lie after another.. the latest one being a bank freeze.. not sure wht to do abt this.. :-(
