First review I've ever written for anything, but this Company is just so much a rip-off that I had to comment. I had heard all the stories but thought "buyer beware" and felt I was too savy to be taken advantage of, however first hand experience now means I think "don't touch this lot with a barge-pole!". You may think you have it all covered and they wont get you, but they will! And when I took the time later to look for alternatives, they weren't even the cheapest once I added all the scams in.
My advice - check every other option before having to settle for Ryanair - I'd genuinely happily pay a 40%-50% premium just to fly with someone else.
