DO NOT GO TO PONTINS SPOUTHPORT, IT IS LIKE A PRISON, REALLY SHABBY, THE CHALET WE STAYED IN STANK AND WAS MOULDY AND DAMP, WE ALL WOKE UP WITH SORE THROATS FROM THIS.WE KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO BE VERY BASIC ACCOMODATION, BUT IM SURE BASIC DOES NOT MEAN FILTHY, SMELLY AND DAMP!!! THE CARPET WAS WET IN PLACES AND HAD BLACK PATCHES ALL OVER.
AND AS SOON AS WE FIRST OPENED OUR CHALET WE WERE WELCOMED WITH A REALLY STRONG URINE/SMELLY FEET ODOUR. IT WAS LIKE HELL, I CANT BELIEVE PONTINS ARE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE HOLIDAYS ARE.
IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO SEE A TRUE PICTURE OF A CHALET EITHER ON THE WEBSITE OR IN THE BROCHURE, IT IS DECEPTION!!!!!!
