absolutely the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with, i paid out over 2k for treatment for my dog and today i have received a cheque for £431.00,very good at trying to find reasons not to payout for any claim or to try and insist its is a pre-existing condition.NEVER get to talk to anyone on the phone or get any response from them,didnt get any insurance documents sent,then they change policy to exclude the condition the dog has, absolutely stay well away from the company, they really should be stopped from trading.you may as well take out skydiving insurance for your pet im sure you'd have more chance of getting any money back.
