I don't really have time to write a long review, but suffice it to say I will never order from this company again - their staff are nice on the phone - that's the only good thing I can say. Our (small) furniture order was delivered late, damaged and to the wrong address - a pub down the road. The delivery service dumped the box at the door when the pub manager was not around. I've spent over 15 minutes waiting to speak to customer services at least 3 times!! I am promised action that never happens and it's always down to me to contact them again. I have ordered twice from Furniture@Work and both times was not told an honest delivery date - I only ordered the second time because I wanted the exact same item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you'll only be giving business to someone who doesn't deserve it. Thumbs down!!!
