I used to be a cannon's member but join esporta islington for the bigger swimming pool which I really enjoy the facilities there.
I have recently stop work due to poor health including chest pain, and have been running series of medical test including a 24h heart trace with Royal Free Hospital. However, I decided to fly home to use the private care to find out what's wrong with me.
I called up the club to request to differ my membership I will be flying home from 3.11.09 to 10.12.09 and requested to differ my membership during that period of time.
However, I have to bring the conversation to the end as I was treated rudely by the person in charge at the time, as she is making my heart racing faster than I need and I start feeling unable to carry on the conversation as my out of breath sympton kick start by her.
I am dissapointed with the esporta as this is not how a HEALTH CLUB meant to do to their member. As I have a second look on esporta customer service, I am shocked to realise that I am not alone.
I was told be the lady that she will not give me the contact of the main office... my head buzzed and started to feel dizzy, felt really bullied and abused by her agressive manner.
