I had already spent my money with Bitesize Deals by the time I read the poor reviews. Ordered Sunday 25th Oct. After 2 working days my order's status on their website had not changed (not dispatched) so I sent an enquiring email as to why. I received an automated response which stated that my email may not be dealt with for up to 72 hours and that's when I stumbled across all of the negative reviews... I was nervous at this point. I decided to cancel the order... then I noticed another email (Thursday morning) and this one had a DHL tracking No. so I logged into DHL, pasted in the number to find that the camera had been dispatched. I tracked it's progress until it reached my door on Friday morning around 10 o'clock in great condition and with a UK adapter for the charger. OK so it took longer than it would take a UK based company but it arrived in time for my fathers art exhibition (for which it was purchased). My experiences therefore, are very different from many on here. The worst that I can say about this company is that by not clearly stating that they are USA based they imply that they are in the UK thereby raising expectations about delivery time... Deceit by omission!... a little strong I think... a moot point perhaps. The delivery time once I had discovered that their base was in the US... well, I ordered on Sunday 25th and the camera was delivered to my door with NO customs charge by 10 on the morning of Friday 30th... very respectable from the States I think.
