My wife and i hired a car to be collected at Faro, it seems unbeknown to us we needed to find the local agent. Not easy, but after half an hour trudging around the terminal we were directed to the kiosk.
Our 206 car was immediately upgraded to a Megan at no extra charge. Two drivers no extra.
It was a tad scruffy dirty windows, but no to worry. The staff were friendly and efficient but almost insisted that we take out extra insurance cover of 9 Euros perday. Having been scammed by a very large internation car hire company before I decide to do this. Car returned with full tank no hidden extras but the insurance. Overall cost 28.00 GBP per day. Same car Europe car collect Glasgow for same period 29.00 GBP per day. Can't grumble, but some times cheap can be expensive !
Caveat emptor eh !
