Found a great offer on dial a phone for a HTC Hero with a free laptop! My Daughter wants a laptop for Xmas and as I was keen on the Hero it seemed ideal.
Called dial a phone discussed the offer, placed the order. Easy!
THEN I found this site full or bad reviews for dial a phone!!
I spent the next 24 hours worried sick that the phone would not arrive, the laptop would not arrive I would not be able to get hold of anyone to chase or complain. The next day delivery was to be between 9 and 5. By 4pm nothing and I was getting geared up to make the call, then parcel force arrived with my package.
Phone and laptop enclosed. Turned the phone on, charged it no problems and no wait for it to activate.
Not unpacked the laptop yet because its for Xmas.

The only concern is that the car charger I ordered also is not the correct one, I will send this back for a replacement.

So far, so good, no complaints. As mentioned I was fearing the worst after reading the horror stories posted here.

For me, its all good so far.
