This company should be banned from doing business. Take a serch on the net to see how many people there are still waiting for a retur of the deposit. I am one of them - and countless emails/phonecalls has not helped!

    I found this review very helpful because...We had the same problem with this company, failed to return our deposit and every phone call came up with another lame excuse.
    Fortunately we paid with Visa and they were able to give us a full refund. We also reported the company to trading standards who seem to know this company and it's dealings intimately.

    Yes, I am another person who is waiting for 560 pounds to be returned from Carhire-uk, we paid for the meet and greet and were met at Heathrow and car was fine but I had a sneaky feeling we might have trouble trying to get money back.
    I am just going through the credit card company who are going to take the matter up.
    How do we get it out to people not to use this company?
    I have had a job to find any website that covers carhire reviews until I found this one.
