I was a smoker for 30 years, 1 pack a day every day and sometimes more. I made my final decision to quit and I did seven weeks ago thanks to Champix. I have not completed the 12 week program but I am so amazed that I am not smoking. The effects I dealt with was nausea in the morning so now I eat first then take the pill and I am fine. Vivid dreams are common. Some restlessness when sleeping. Those are the effects I am dealing with but I feel great not to smoke. This pill is doing something I have been wanting to do for years. There is work to do in your part that's for sure. Habit is a big issue so how I deal with it is stay away from smokers, eat healthy, be active and never bye a cigarette again because you hold that power. When the urge hits me I take 3 deep breaths and the urge goes away.
