I got this kettle as a replacement for a Russell Hobbs one which broke after 4months and Comet allowed me to exchange it. Unfortunately after 2 months, it is leaking from the viewing window. The plastic has cracked and split and tonight the water just poured out, the viewing window is literally hanging off! Would not recommend at all! Would never last the 2 years it is guaranteed for.. Of to Comet AGAIN tomorrow. What shall I try next?
