we have had no problems with our yorkshire accounts staff always polite and helpful.we would reccomend the service to friends because of the srevice from yourslves and you keep in touch with different servicea that may be of help to us .internet banking keeps you in control of youre incoming and outgoing transactions i think every thing was made quite clear to us when wew chose internet banking
