We were building a new ensuite and had never ventured into Bathstore as it just looked expensive. We ordered a basin stand, basin and tap from an internet site (now gone bust) and a shower cubicle with built in shower (Zone) from B&Q. Luckily the basin and stand were great and cheap at the price, but we had a complete nightmare with the shower from B&Q which flooded our house and had major defects in the design. B&Q washed their hands of it - no pun intended - and we had to remove from our house, replace tiles and redecorate at our own expense. Luckily we had bought a mixer shower from Bathstore in their sale ready for the refit of our family bathroom. This has now been fitted in our ensuite and is the best piece of shower kit I have ever seen. We had no problems with delivery at all. We have also ordered a whirlpool bath, wall hung sink and toilet from Bathstore which are waiting to be fitted. Their quality, service and prices cannot be matched in my opinion. We use the Plymouth store and cannot fault the staff there for their knowledge and helpfulness. I would recommend them to anyone. People are quick to complain but not so quick to compliment and I feel that there are a lot of cowboys in the bathroom fittings business - especially when you buy from the internet and cannot view the products. Bathstore is the place I visit first for anything related to bathrooms.

    I found this review very helpful because I am planning to re-do my bathroom in the next few weeks and foolishly read all of the negative feedback. It's true when they say we are always quick to complain. I haven't found the same range of products at such competitive prices anywhere else.
