Telephoned the order through and asked for a confirmatory email. Did not receive anything so telephoned again and also discussed delivery and told all 4 items including a range cooker would be dumped at the end of our drive and would have to be checked while the driver waited.If we did not, rain or shine ,damaged or not no refund given. ( see other reviews )
Asked about alternatives and told to take it or leave it. Still no email confirming anything so have phoned to cancel order and asked for email to confirm refund. Still no email or refund. All staff very rude and work on the basis that it is bl**dy cheap so what do you expect. Now going through Mastercard for refund.
