First off I will start by saying that every individual I have dealt with at Alliance and Leicester has been very pleasant; the issues however arise in relation to their knowledge. Getting a straight answer appears to be as difficult if not harder than getting blood from a stone.
The bank only seems to be interested in flogging me insurance no matter how many times I tell them I do not require it but they also seem very reluctant to assist me with any queries or requests I may have. This is a bank that simply wants cash on deposit, for you to leave it there if they can flog something else to you along the way great but don't ever ask for anything in return as you won't get it.
