I am a young female driver, I phoned Tesco and had to wait no longer then 2minutes to speak to someone, when another driver drove into my parked car on a late Thursday afternoon.
Tesco were brilliant, the call took no longer then 10minutes, early the next morning a garage called me to arrange for a quote visit and then a follow up visit to have the repairs. Tesco even arranged for me to have a hire car even though it was not part of my insurance, at no extra cost.
Really could not fault Tesco, really good customer service would definately insure with them again.
Another positive with Tesco having been insured with them for two years now when its your time for renewal they dont try and bully you in re-insuring with them like other insurers do.
