I would give this company zero stars if I could. They did not have the shoes in stock despite the website saying "in stock." After a few weeks I start trying to email. However, you can only contact them through the customer service section of their website. I sent SEVERAL emails requesting to cancel when the item did not come. All I ever got was a generic form answer. Now over a month and a half later... I had stupidly assumed it was canceled since their response emails detail how awesome their service is.... I was wrong. Because I just got charged. They have my order "billing info received" with UPS... which means nothing has shipped... but apparently it will soon. I've tried calling before this to confirm my order was canceled but they don't answer their phone. So now I am stuck waiting in limbo to see if my shoes magically appear. I just sent them another email to ignore... it reads:

Your company officially sucks. I have emailed you all via this stupid specific question form now 3 times. Each time receiving a generic form letter response. Each time attempting to cancel the order. Each time I specifically asked for a cancellation, and each time getting some response to the extent of you appreciate the "opportunity to care for me" because you are so large and blah blah blah. For some STUPID reason, I assumed it was canceled... despite the generic form of your letter. I never get to call because your business hours don't fit with my free hours to make long distance calls to take care of something I already emailed 4 times before. Now, like a month plus later I get a shipment confirmation. HUGH??????? I CANCELED IT! Several times over. Your customer service fails. Are you even going to bother to respond to this message? Every customer review site I can get on, I am going to say NOT to buy from your company.... since you can not take care of your customers, or respond to emails... or just do proper business in general. Seriously unsatisfied here.
