I've been a smoker for 19 years now, and used to smoke 25-30 a day. I thought its about time I give up. So I tried the nicorettes patches with little effect. After abit of research I can accross champix I purchased it from healthexpress.co.uk. I've been on the champix for 3 months now and have halved the number of cigarettes in the first month, now 2 months on I've almost completely stopped I still have the odd one rarely. Its great to help you stop smokeing but does require will power to fully stop.
