DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I AM DEADLY SERIOUS!!!!!!!
They go under the name of Treacle Ltd, Talkcover and Supercover.
You will not get any compensation for your phone, they will take your money and run. Any good reviews they receive I would be very dubious about as this company are very bad. They are a very unprofessional outfit, ignorant, arrogant and make fasle promises, they took over 5 weeks to say no, all 3 ponits raised were completely false, they even said I hadn't notified the police even though they had the dated police crime ref letter - they will try anything to avoid paying out, they refuse to contact you or deal with anything. I say all this because of the bad experience myself and the majority of their clients have received. They claim they cover unattended loss/theft - they don't. They make several claims on their website, they even give you a comparative table to show how good their insurance really is. Read their terms and conditions and you will soon see in the small print you are covered for absolutely nothing. How they are still allowed to trade I will never know. But the consumer watchdog and trading standards will most definetely be interested in this company. IGNORE THIS REVIEW AT YOUR PERIL!!
