Blomming awful service!!! i ordered flowers at the weekend and wanted them to be delivered to my girlfriend on the tuesday. The flowers did not arrive! I quote from their website

"For next day delivery all orders must be received by 3:30pm Monday to Friday, orders taken on the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday."

This spoiled the suprise, the flowers and it ment that i had to go and collect the flowers on wednesday. A complete waste of time, i will never order from them again. The manager was not very helpful and would not grant any compensation. It was just tough luck and the managing director of the company refuses to speak to customers what a joke!!!
