My worst experience was to find when I had returned from a turing holiday in the UK (based in Hastings of all places) that my renewal form had not been found, this was the second set posted to them in self addresed envolopes.
My policy was canceled whilst I was away leaving me uninsured driving with my wife and three children in the car, two of the children belonged to a Trafic Police Officer, but they still accepted standing order payments.Now after leaving hastings I find I cannot sell my car because they have mistakenly classed it as written off in a minor accident in 2002. Even now I cannot get away from their incompetence.
