I thought this would be a fairly easy to set up and good replacement for my previous box which I had for about 4 years and had no problems with. It broke and I bought this. At first I was pleased at the size which is tiny and also you do not need a scart. However, it was not as easy to set up as I hoped and I spent about 4 hours trying to get it tuned. I had to search for my old tv instruction manual to fathom out how to find and save a free channel. I never had to do this with my previous box. When I did finally get things moving (and all my channels on my tv had been disorganised) I found that the facilities it gave were not as good as my old box. When you call up information about whats on it comes up covering the whole screen so you cannot watch and browse at the same time. The remote is tiny and I find it very hard to see what button I need and then it does not always work and you have to keep pressing the button and waving your arm around. Not great. Every time you turn your tv on you have to first find the channel you used to set it up which is a pain. All very fussy and fiddly in my opinion. I am hoping Argos will take it back as I cannot say it doesnt actually work but it just isnt as user friendly as I have had before.
