Stay away from Camerabox. I ignored the bad reviews and paid for it.
I am having a nightmare with this company. I placed an order for a Nikon battery grip on a next day before 12 on 1st Oct 09 and had no delivery a week later. I was told that CityLink sent it to the wrong depot then it vanished off the face of the Earth. I was then told by Camerabox that I would take delivery a few days later and again nothing came. I gave up and asked for my money back after well over a week of it not turning up. I was then told I would only get my money returned once the goods had returned back to Camerabox!! I now have no money and no goods. In the end I had to contact my card company to try and get my money back. Who knows when the mysteries shipment or a refund will make an appearance one way or the other.
Please, please, please stay well clear of this online shop. I know you might save a few £££ but its just not worth it.
A month later and I still have no goods or money and my credit company are dealing with it.
